Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and users. Accordingly, we have developed the following privacy policy principles, which address the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of client data. Our online activities comply with all relevant regulations and applicable European Union legislation, as well as the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Collection and use of personal data
Personal data refers to information that can be directly or indirectly associated with an individual, which we collect and process for the purpose of fulfilling a contract with the individual, contacting them, or complying with legal obligations.
The collection of personal data may occur in the following ways:
By providing contact information (including name, email address) on our website;
Through the use of cookies when browsing our website;
Collection of other data.
We also collect non-identifiable data – information that cannot be directly linked to a specific individual (such as gender, age, language preference, location).
We may also collect data about client activities on our website. This data is aggregated and used to provide more relevant information to clients and to understand which parts of the website, products, and services are most interesting. Aggregated data is treated as non-identifiable information in this privacy policy.
Use and retention of collected personal data
With the collected personal data, we can inform clients about product updates, promotions, and upcoming events. A client who does not wish to be on our newsletter list or receive notifications can remove themselves from the mailing list at any time.
By agreeing to the terms of the privacy policy, the client consents to the automated processing of their data. You can always withdraw your consent through our website or by submitting a request in a format that allows written reproduction. The withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect.
To better serve our clients, we may disclose information about individual users to third parties who provide us with services and are contractually obligated to keep the shared information confidential.
We retain client personal data until the termination of the long-term client contract. Data that we are required to retain by law (e.g., accounting records) will be kept in accordance with the requirements specified in the relevant legislation.
Protection of personal data
We implement all necessary precautions (including administrative, technical, and physical measures) to protect client personal data. Access to data modification and processing is restricted to authorized individuals only.
If you suspect that your personal data has been handled contrary to the terms described in this privacy policy or if there is a risk that your data has been exposed to unauthorized individuals, please notify us immediately. This is the only way we can minimize potential damage.
The client has the right to request the cessation of their data processing, information about the use of their data, and the transfer of their data to themselves or a third party in a commonly used format. To prevent misuse of client data and rights, requests can only be submitted in a form where the identity of the requester is verifiable (digitally signed or personally signed at our office). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.
Security
All personal data disclosed during website visits and contract formation is treated as confidential information. Encrypted data transmission channels ensure the security of visitors’ personal data on the website.
